The above Shipping costs are calculated on the standard package size. In case of multiple purchases that requires an extra size packaging, the shipping costs may require an additional cost which will be discussed directly with the customer at the time of the shipment of the package.


Purchasing Online
Placing an order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. Exchanges
For domestic exchange, please submit your exchange request by sending an e-mail to help@gattimilano.com. Please note, we do not accept international exchanges at this time, howevere we can recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and send your current item back in the meantime.


Returning Your Order EU Returns: For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by sending an e-mail to help@gattimilano.com. Original/Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return authoirization. It will not be processed.
International Returns: For International return requests, please submit your return request by sending an e-mail to help@gattimilano.com. Please be aware that Original/Return shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable, and a 20 EUR fee will be deducted from your refund for any international return. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.


Returns & Exchanges Return Policy
We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at 30% or more discount are considered Final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed danaged, worn or without tags.
If your order was placed within EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through GATTI.
GATTI reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
For International orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, GATTI will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by GATTI. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time
All orders placed before 1:00 pm (CET) will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or National public holidays in Italy.

DHL Express Shipping (within the EU): 1 business day International
DHL Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days


Taxes and Duties
All orders shipped outside of the EU will be subjected to Duties and Taxes upon receipt. Please note that all duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through GATTI.
However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
